Q: Can you provide the alcohol for our event?
A: Great question! As much as we’d love to take care of everything for you, Tennessee state laws say we can’t actually buy the alcohol. But no worries! We work with some awesome partners who offer our clients fantastic deals. Just pop into the store, make your picks, pay, and we’ll handle the rest – picking it up, chilling it, and getting it ready to provide you with our mobile bar services for your wedding, corporate event, or party.
Q: What kind of events do you serve?
A: You name it, we’ll be there! Weddings, birthdays, family reunions, corporate gatherings – we’re here to bring the fun, no matter the occasion. We love celebrating all the big and little moments with you!
Q: How much does it cost to book Nostalgia Tap Trucks?
A: Every event is different. Costs vary depending on number of guests, time, location, and the type of drinks being served. Contact us for your customized quote!
Q: What drinks can you serve?
A: Nostalgia Tap Trucks is more than just a beer truck! We’ve got you covered on all your favorites! Your hired bartenders can pour beer, pre-mixed cocktails, mocktails (because we love our DDs!), sweet and unsweet tea, lemonade, and even cold brew. Whatever keeps your guests smiling and sipping, we’re ready to serve it!
Q: Do you offer any additional services?
A: Absolutely! Add Giant Jenga, Cornhole, and Bocce Ball to your package for only $120 – it’s a surefire way to keep guests entertained.
How many taps does the truck have?
A: Our tap truck is equipped with six taps, perfect for serving a variety of beverages to your guests.
Q: How can I book Nostalgia Tap Truck's mobile bar services?
A: Easy! Call, text, or email us with your event date, and we’ll confirm availability. Once we’re set, we’ll send over the contract, and a $300 nonrefundable deposit secures your spot. The rest of the payment is due one week before the big day.
Q: Do you offer any options for safe rides home?
A: Yes! Our staff is trained to keep an eye out for guests who may have had one too many, but we go the extra mile. We’ll set up a custom framed QR code at the bar for Uber or Lyft ride vouchers.
Q: How far do you travel?
A: We typically stick within a 50-mile radius of Chattanooga, TN, but reach out if you’re a bit farther – we’re always up for an adventure! If you're needing mobile bar services in Atlanta, Knoxville, or Huntsville, definitely give us a call!
However, we do charge a travel fee of for events further than 30 miles of Chattanooga. This cost is calculated by additional mileage and what gas prices are during that time.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially during peak wedding seasons. A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date.
Have something come up last minute? Reach out! We have had times where we were able to come out in a day's notice. If that date is free, we will do whatever we can to come celebrate with you!
